Subject: [PATCH] libbacktrace: look for _pgmptr on Windows

	Patch from Andres Freund:
	* configure.ac: Check for _pgmptr declaration.
	* fileline.c (fileline_initialize): Check for _pgmfptr before
	/proc/self/exec.
	* configure, config.h.in: Regenerate.
