sync: bump kernel commit to latest to pull in latest selftests Manually bump sync commit from kernel repo. There are no libbpf changes, but we need latest selftest patches to try to debug more of crashing selftests. Signed-off-by: Andrii Nakryiko <andriin@fb.com>
