+The [libbpf-sync workflow](.github/workflows/libbpf-sync.yml) runs the sync
+monthly; to sync on demand, run it manually with `dry_run` disabled. If the
+sync needs no human input, the workflow opens a `libbpf-sync-*` PR. Approve
