chantra	fa2875be8a	ci: install zstd on s390x runners ... zstd is installed by [default in GH runners](https://github.com/actions/runner-images/blob/main/images/linux/Ubuntu2004-Readme.md). Having it by default, we can start leveraging it when uploading artifacts. It has a better compression ratio and is multithreaded. Daniel Müller	bfdf7653e0	Rename travis-ci/ directory to ci/ ... We are no longer using Travis. As such, we should move away from a lot of CI functionality located in a folder called travis-ci/. This change renames the travis-ci/ directory to the more generic ci/. To preserve backwards compatibility until all "consumers" have transitioned, we add a symbolic link called travis-ci back.
