Daniel Müller 837664758d ci: Allow usage of .patch patches ...

With https://github.com/libbpf/ci/pull/68 merged we can now keep the
.patch extension for patches and don't have to worry about forgetting
the rename to .diff.
Remove the marker file reminding us of that need.
