Daniel Müller e3a40329bb ci: Add patch setting CONFIG_FUNCTION_ERROR_INJECTION in CI ...

Similar to what we did for vmtest [0], libbpf needs the patch setting
CONFIG_FUNCTION_ERROR_INJECTION in CI. Add it.
