coveralls-cpp is dead and does not work anymore.
Fortunately there is coveralls-lcov available.

e756777c92 CMake: Check whether BSYMBOLIC is supported by the linker. 
Linking with '-Bsymbolic-functions' is supported for ELF-binaries, only.
