libbacktrace: fix testsuite for clang

* btest.c (test1, test3): Add optnone attribute.
	* edtest.c (test1): Likewise.
	* mtest.c (test1, test3): Likewise.
	* configure.ac: Use -Wno-attributes and -Wno-unknown-attributes.
	* configure: Regenerate.
