libbacktrace: suggest how to fix missing debug info

Browse Source 
* elf.c (elf_nodebug): Suggest -g.
	* macho.c (macho_nodebug): Suggest -g and dsymutil.
	* pecoff.c (coff_nodebug): Suggest -g.

Fixes #122
