Matteo Croce 1eba3a6470 bpf: Update bpf_get_smp_processor_id() documentation 
BPF programs run with migration disabled regardless of preemption, as
they are protected by migrate_disable(). Update the uapi documentation
accordingly.

Matteo Croce 767d82caab install: don't preserve file owner 
'cp -p' preserve file ownership, this may leave files owned by the
current in user in /lib .
