KP Singh a6bb074359 bpf: Return hashes of maps in BPF_OBJ_GET_INFO_BY_FD
Currently only array maps are supported, but the implementation can be
extended for other maps and objects. The hash is memoized only for
exclusive and frozen maps as their content is stable until the exclusive
program modifies the map.

This is required for BPF signing, enabling a trusted loader program to
verify a map's integrity. The loader retrieves
the map's runtime hash from the kernel and compares it against an
expected hash computed at build time.

KP Singh 59ed98f687 libbpf: Support exclusive map creation
Implement setters and getters that allow map to be registered as
exclusive to the specified program. The registration should be done
before the exclusive program is loaded.

KP Singh 1202ada5c1 libbpf: Implement SHA256 internal helper
Use AF_ALG sockets to not have libbpf depend on OpenSSL. The helper is
used for the loader generation code to embed the metadata hash in the
loader program and also by the bpf_map__make_exclusive API to calculate
the hash of the program the map is exclusive to.

KP Singh 8347a49c62 bpf: Implement exclusive map creation
Exclusive maps allow maps to only be accessed by program with a
program with a matching hash which is specified in the excl_prog_hash
attr.

For the signing use-case, this allows the trusted loader program
to load the map and verify the integrity

KP Singh 7b1f3e310b libbpf: Add explicit padding to btf_dump_emit_type_decl_opts
Similar to
https://lore.kernel.org/bpf/20210313210920.1959628-2-andrii@kernel.org/

When DECLARE_LIBBPF_OPTS is used with inline field initialization, e.g:

  DECLARE_LIBBPF_OPTS(btf_dump_emit_type_decl_opts, opts,
    .field_name = var_ident,
    .indent_level = 2,
    .strip_mods = strip_mods,
  );

and compiled in debug mode, the compiler generates code which
leaves the padding uninitialized and triggers errors within libbpf APIs
which require strict zero initialization of OPTS structs.

Adding anonymous padding field fixes the issue.
