Enable now-fixed sockmap_listen tests. Disabled vmlinux test on 5.5, on which hrtimer_nanosleep() signature is incompatible. Filled out remaining permanently disabled tests resons. Signed-off-by: Andrii Nakryiko <andriin@fb.com>
